Standard Exclusions
- Exterior windows, blinds, and windows requiring opening
- Areas inaccessible from ground level
- Heavy organizing, decluttering, or significant tidying
- Carpet/upholstery shampooing or steam cleaning
- Trash removal
Minor Issues: We may clean around these at our discretion:
- Dirty dishes
- Dirty laundry
- Carpet stains
Major Issues: We will refund your payment and leave without cleaning:
- Hoarding conditions or junk removal scenarios
- Homes in overall “bad shape”
- Heavy buildup of grime on most surfaces
- Heavily soiled floors
- Biohazardous materials (human/pet waste, blood, drug paraphernalia)
- Pest infestations
